Yvelin Ramirez

Yvelin is our dedicated Talent Manager, as well as an avid world traveler and creative professional. With an expansive background in marketing and content creation, she recognizes and empowers honest potential from the beginning of their journey. As the first point of contact for prospective travel advisors, Yvelin plays a key role in introducing candidates to the travel industry and to LuxRally Travel’s mission and standards. She guides promising candidates through the interview, hiring, and training process, ensuring they understand what it truly means to build a successful, work-from-home career as a travel advisor within a host agency. When she’s not helping turn passions into profitable travel careers, Yvelin is often exploring the world herself—gathering firsthand experience and insights so she can confidently recommend the best destinations, partners, and travel experiences.
