Jennifer Jilot

Jennifer is the Director of Operations at LuxRally Travel, where she supports the day-to-day functions of the agency while also working directly with her own clients as a luxury travel agent. She handles key operational areas including air ticketing support, commission tracking and reconciliation, and vendor logins and system access, stepping in when something needs to be resolved quickly. As an agent, she builds relationships, plans and books travel, and serves as a trusted advocate before, during, and after each trip. Jennifer's path to LuxRally runs through archaeology, the Culinary Institute of America, a spot on the opening team at the Four Seasons San Francisco, admissions management at Le Cordon Bleu, and an MBA in operations management. Her expansive career — spanning hospitality, education, and entrepreneurship — built the instincts that operations work demands: attention to detail, the ability to manage moving parts, and a sharp sense of service. After retiring in 2017, Jennifer kept traveling, and soon realized she had the expertise to help others do it, too; leading her to build a successful travel advising business with LuxRally Travel beginning in 2024. Her current favorite destination is Morocco, where a stay at the Royal Mansour Marrakech proved transformational. She's also a dedicated pet traveler — her four Italian greyhounds have joined her on the road, connecting her with a large community of pet-lovers who want to see the world with their furry friends.
