Deahne is our Director of Groups, specializing in group travel bookings like destination weddings, incentive trips, and corporate retreats and events. Dedicated to the highest standards of care and advocacy, she has a deep understanding of the complexities of large-scale group booking and negotiates on behalf of our group clients to secure the most value from every contract signed. As director, Deahne also empowers our agents to take on these client opportunities, providing guidance and mentorship for our agents booking group travel. She creates resources and shares her expertise, ensuring seamless bookings and the advocacy before, during, and after trips. Deahne has been with us since day one, literally; she was there the day we got our IATA certification. Originally from Australia, she spends her downtime exploring hotels and the finer nuances of hospitality around the world, and returning home whenever she can.
