Meg Johnson is our New Agent Sales Manager. With exceptional multitasking skills honed through years of orchestrating family travel for her family and two young children, she is committed to empowering aspiring travel agents while guiding them through industry fundamentals, seamless onboarding to our agency, and transforming their passion for travel into a thriving career. A people-person through and through, Meg uses her own success as a LuxRally Travel advisor and her role as New Agent Sales Manager to ensure deals are being closed, excellent fundamentals are being taught, and no question goes unanswered. From creating resources and training to providing day-to-day support, Meg is always searching for ways to support our new agents. Joining LuxRally Travel in 2024 after 15 years running a thriving salon and mentoring the next generation of stylists, Meg found her true calling in travel. Her quick rise to a full-time role turned that spark into a career she's passionate about: creating unforgettable trips for clients who demand the very best. When Meg needs a break, she loves to travel and enjoy new spots to share with her clients. You will find her exploring the Caribbean, U.S and Europe with her family. When en route back to Minnesota, she’ll be scouring Forbes Travel Guide for fresh luxury recommendations, working on finding her clients the best perks and prices, or tweaking plans to nail those perfect trips.
