Rachel Chappotin

Rachel is our Director of Partnerships and Talent, bringing with her over twenty years of experience in luxury hospitality and travel. Taking genuine care of people is just the start. As director, Rachel leads our strategic partnerships and collaborates with leaders in the hospitality sector and innovators around the world to keep LuxRally Travel at the forefront of the industry. She’s helped grow this agency from the days there were only 30 agents (far less than the 300+ hosted over the last two years). Alongside overseeing the hiring of new travel advisors, Rachel supports agent development by connecting us with the movers and shakers of the travel industry and by getting our agents into the field. When she needs a break, Rachel can often be found in a yoga class amidst the sprawling jungles and beaches of Costa Rica. On the long flight back home, kindly do not disturb the window seat; she’s catching up on much needed sleep before getting back to her team. There’s a whole world to explore.
