More than Your Standard Training
Most travel agent training pushes you through quickly. The host agencies make money from subscriptions, so they don't care quite so much if you know what you're doing. Unfortunately, this leaves new travel agents unprepared to handle client and industry relationships. Consequently, the average travel agent makes about $3,000 in their first year. Our training is much different.
Our admin team and top agents created our curriculum based on where we saw our new agents struggling. We identified and filled in the learning gaps to shorten the learning curve as much as possible. We are constantly adding to both our training and continued education opportunities.
We created a format with bite-size information to explain this complex industry. Our training has over 500 self-guided lessons with short videos, most of which are 2-10 minutes long. If you converted our course text into a book, it would be over 400,000 words long -- that's the length of a PhD level textbook. We lay a strong foundation and slowly build with each lesson so that you fully understand the travel landscape by the time you graduate.

Fueling Commissions
Our average time to first sale is under two weeks for agents that complete our program, and our new travel agents earn over $30,000 per year (on average) in their first year. This is 10x the industry standard. This number is steadily increasing; we aim to grow it to over $100,000 by the end of 2026. Keep in mind this is the average; it is entirely possible to hit over six figures in your first year as an agent with us.
Our training also acts as a quick reference tool after our agents graduate. For example, suppose an agent meets a client who wants to go on a safari in Tanzania. In that case, they can refer back to our course and watch the 8-minute Tanzania video, then be able to speak fluently about the destination with the client. Being able to confidently speak to clients dramatically increases the chance of closing a deal. This is just one of the resources our agents can come back to time and time again; of course, our agent chats are always active with agents needing advice on how to get a client booked.
We also teach our agents quick quoting; this is a process where you create an itinerary, quote, and close within 15-30 minutes. FastBook, our proprietary tech, makes this possible, and clients love it. Don't worry; it doesn't feel rushed for the client, and it's not a wild hatchet job. Our process ensures everything is top-notch and convenient for the client each step of the way.
After graduating, our agents also have a comprehensive marketing course to guide them through their launch and first month as an agent. We saw some of our agents falling for the travel agent "marketing" course scams and quickly stepped in to provide a higher quality, free option. It is important to remember that most travel agents don't make much money, so it generally isn't a good idea to mimic them. Our marketing course gives you the tips and insights you'll need to hit six figures (and ultimately seven figures). The strategies discussed are a play-by-play of how David Eisen, our founder, hit seven figures in commissions within a few years.

Our Course Will Challenge You
Our content is comprehensive, and our quizzes require that you pay attention. Each quiz requires 100% to pass. This may sound a bit harsh, but making a single mistake as a travel agent can result in hundreds, thousands, and even tens of thousands of dollars in liability. Attention to detail is critical, so our quizzes will keep you on your toes. You have unlimited chances to retake quizzes, though, so it shouldn't keep you from moving forward if you are persistent.
That being said, you can fail our course. Our practical exam is how we determine whether you are ready to represent our brand in the real world. If you don't pass after three tries, you will be cut from the program. You will be given thorough feedback after each attempt, so you won't be left in the dark as to why you failed and how you can improve on the next try.
