"I am proud to tell people that I am a travel advisor with LuxRally Travel! Having been semi-retired for several years, I was looking for a career that would let me be flexible but follow my passion and LRT did just that. All the training I needed to launch my career was offered to me complimentary (just as they provide services to their clients - FREE!). I was given access to all the training tools I could get my hands on and do at my pace. I was given complimentary marketing training by the VP of Marketing PLUS one-on-one time with her to fine-tune my goals. Above all this, what has been most impressive to me is the team comradery. There's no "that's my client" or "I'm not going to help you if I'm not getting paid". Far from it! The LRT chat is 24/7 - people sharing experiences, asking questions and making one another laugh. Even though we are spread all over the country, it feels like we all work together as a team. I have learned an enormous amount in the past four months and learn more every day. AND kuddos to all the young agents who help this "50-something" agent with some of the generational gaps - always with love, laughter and support!

"I’ve been a professional hairstylist for over ten years, but after a shoulder injury that significantly impacted my ability to continue my profession, I made the decision to become a travel agent. Between my family, friends, and clients, I knew that I had a great network of people that I might be able to help with their travels.


I spent a lot of time researching the profession and several different travel companies (including MANY MLM style companies that didn’t seem like a good a place to start). I eventually came across LuxRally. After my initial visit to their website, I could tell something about this company felt different than the others – more genuine. Free training, limited agents, and an origin story that was compelling.


After being accepted into their training program and going through countless hours of training, I was extremely excited to be accepted into LuxRally as a beginner agent with much to learn.
